Take the next leap.

For businesses that have outgrown improvisation but haven't yet built the systems to scale. We audit how your business actually runs, then build what it takes to grow past the ceiling.

Analysis on operations,
positioning, and growth.

Published as its own section, updated regularly, covering the industries we work in.

Position

Most businesses do not have a marketing problem.

They have a decision problem. Capital is committed before the constraint is identified. Websites are rebuilt when the offer is what needs rebuilding. Systems are bought to solve behavior. The result is motion that resembles progress.

Norbelin exists to interrupt that sequence. We begin with research — of the market, the economics, and the operation as it actually runs, rather than as it is described — and only then decide what should be built, changed, or stopped.

The disciplines we practice are not separate products. Strategy without execution is commentary; execution without strategy is expense. We hold both, which is why our engagements are narrower and longer than most firms would recommend.

A firm should be able to explain why it wins. If it cannot, it is not winning — it is being chosen by default, and default is temporary. The Norbelin Position
The Engagement

How the work unfolds.

Every engagement follows the same sequence: understand the business before proposing anything, test the thinking before building on it, and stay close after the work is delivered. Nothing is prescribed before it is understood.

01 Week 1

Diagnosis

We begin with a full research pass on the business — operations, numbers, and the constraint underneath the symptom you called us about. One week in, you have a complete written picture of what's actually happening and why, independent of anything we end up recommending.

02 Week 2

Solution Research

Using the diagnosis as the foundation, we research and stress-test possible paths forward — not one recommendation, but the real range of what could work, with the tradeoffs of each made explicit.

03 Weeks 3–4

Implementation

We sit down with you, decide together which direction fits the business, and implement it. Nothing goes live that hasn't been agreed on by both Norbelin and the person who has to live with it afterward.

04 Closing

Finalization

We close out whatever we built together — systems, positioning, the digital infrastructure — and hand it off in a state you can run without us standing over it.

05 +1 Month

First Checkpoint

Thirty days out, we check back in — not to sell anything further, but to confirm what was implemented is actually working the way it was meant to.

06 +3 Months

Second Checkpoint

A longer view, three months on — enough time to see whether the change held under real conditions, and to adjust anything that hasn't. Support stays available throughout, not just at the two checkpoints.

01 / 06
Practices

Five disciplines.
One engagement model.

Each practice can be engaged independently. Most clients begin with one and expand once the first constraint is removed.

01

Strategy Consulting

Where the business should compete, what it should charge, and what it must stop doing. Research-led, economics-first, and delivered as decisions rather than decks.

02

Premium Websites

For most clients, a website is the first boardroom meeting — trust is settled before a conversation begins. We design and build sites that carry the weight of the firm behind them.

03

Performance Marketing

Demand is engineered, not purchased. We build acquisition systems with attribution that survives an audit, and we shut off what does not earn its place.

04

Systems & Operations

A business should run the same way on its owner's worst week as on its best. We document the work, tighten the handoffs, and put the right tools behind them — no more than the job requires.

05

Brand Strategy

Positioning is what a market believes about you before it meets you. We define the claim the business can defend, then make every surface repeat it without saying it twice.

№ 01Professional Services — Medical Interpreting

Fewer clinics lost. Every dollar traceable.

Desyfer Professional Services provides medical interpreting for clinics across Southern California — work where a missed appointment isn't just lost revenue, it's a patient who didn't get care. The firm was losing four to six clinics every month.

Monthly clinics lost to no-shows

№ 02Life Sciences — Research-Use-Only Biotechnology

Built compliant, from the ground up.

LGA Biolabs entered a high-risk, tightly regulated category with no infrastructure — no brand, no suppliers, no digital presence, no compliance framework. Norbelin's mandate was to build the foundation before building anything visible.

№ 03Youth Fitness & Wellness

A program built for girls was running on infrastructure built for no one.

A coach running small-group strength training for girls 11–18, paired with confidence coaching and community events, had a self-built site that couldn't handle what parents actually needed before enrolling their daughter — clarity, trust, and a way to book without a manual back-and-forth.

Pre-launch — enrollment and booking metrics to follow once live.

Each sector carries its own economics, regulation, and buying behavior. We publish separately for each.

The Founder

Diego Lizarraga

Diego Lizarraga is the founder of Norbelin, built as part of LGA Ventures, the holding company through which he builds and operates his businesses.

That operating experience shapes how Norbelin works. The firm's recommendations are written by someone who has had to implement them: negotiate the supplier terms, write the procedure, and answer for the margin at the end of the month.

He studies at the University of California, Irvine, where his coursework in the sciences informs the firm's research posture — evidence before conclusion, and a stated method that someone else could repeat.
